BetterMen’s Better Yourself course allows you to work with BetterMen Founder Dan Stanley for 9 weeks as well as unlimited access to the member's area for online learning.
Enrolling on the course will enable you to connect, collaborate and develop a true sense of camaraderie with other like-minded men. The Better Yourself course includes:
Course Overview

Onboarding: We discuss and set course expectations. We introduce the tools, concepts and strategies that will change your life. We will create a shared mindset, one that will disperse any mental fog, recalibrate your life and bring balance and fulfilment.
Clarity: We identify gaps in the amount of clarity you have in your life. We look at who you are and how you are showing up. We focus on what you are working towards and identify what it will take to get you there.
Energy: We aim to understand how much mental, emotional and physical energy you have each day and create strategies to increase all three. We enable you to develop more focus and more stamina, so that you can commit fully to achieving your goals.
Courage: Our goal is to understand the power of courage and how you can harness it. We discuss where you feel you’ve been confident and courageous in your life, and where you might be holding back or playing small.
Catch Up Week: This is an intentional firebreak. It affords participants the time and space to implement and practice the skills they have learned in the first part of the course without overwhelming or increasing stress.
Productivity: We look at how productive and effective you feel in key areas of your life. We will create a set of tools and strategies to minimise distractions and help you quickly and easily move towards better balance and your goals.
Psychology: Our goal is to understand how mindset either supports or hinders your ability to succeed. We explore and, if required, unlock values, beliefs and thoughts that are taking you away from your goals.
Purpose: At this point, you will be moving towards your goals. We will look at how effective your progress has been and how consistent and purposeful you are. We will highlight areas that are holding you back and move past them.
Commitment: In this final session, we will check in on your performance and identify areas that require your continued attention to maintain momentum. This session is about consistency of process, personal discipline and directed effort.
9 week small group course cost: £1,540. Alternatively, £2,090 for the 9 week small group plus 2 additional private 1-to-1 coaching sessions. Payment options available.
